I am impressed–and overwhelmed. I had no idea Flickr offered so much. I’m thrilled with the Library of Congress collection It has potential for k-12 students who need photos and for students in my online primary source class. The concept of a photo puzzle is intriguing. Americas Library (Library of Congress) has had these activities for years. “The Big Picture” puzzles < http://memory.loc.gov/learn/features/puzzle/puzintro.html > are designed to introduce students to primary sources as they search for answers to the puzzle. Quite fun!
Thing # 3 and thing # 4 are both a “come back to” when I have a chunk of time — meanwhile I’ll stick with iPhoto and consider this “mission accomplished” and “toes wet.”
