Dear Mary Alice,

I was very interested by your post on InspireData here as well as your reference back to the InspireData blog post in September by the math teacher. I am the product manager for InspireData and would love to hear more about how your district is using InspireData. It sounds like everyone is using it! My email address is eantonius@inspiration.com, and I hope to hear from you!

Hello Mary Alice,

I've spent some days in August working on a blog and wiki.

I thought I would finally get back to you and your invitation.

I'm curious, when I submit this comment, do you get notified of it or do you have to come across it before you notice it?

I'm anxious to start swapping ideas.

Can I send you an invite to my wiki and blog?

:->

Dwayne

Oh my, I found my post to Blogger. It ended up on my extended family blog, which also happens to be Blogger. I have no idea why though. It must have gone through with the automatic post that way as opposed to copying and pasting. I still don't understand why the copy and paste method didn't work like it did before since I'm sure that's what I used.

Wierd!!! Well, maybe someone will see this and offer some ideas. I'm going to try it later with another type of slide show and see what happens. I searched the Word Press help but that didn't help me!

OK, now I'm frustrated! I can't get Picture Trail to work in WordPress or Blogger. I created a new flick and tried my old one, and the code doesn't work with either. I tried direct posting and copy/paste. It was so easy before! What happened??

The carousel link works well. I don't know why it doesn't appear in your blog. I like the sparkle in these pictures. It's very appropriate!

First, I saw you at the Saturday WSU game, but didn't get a chance to say hi, what with the crowds and all.

Second, that is interesting to hear about the college student-- but I'm not surprised. I really think our media and attitudes about this generation can be off-- sure they like their online media, but I don't think we've eliminated all the readers yet. (See Tag #6 about the love of books)

Congrats on getting started with 23 Things on a Stick!

SELCO staff and over 100 library staff members and trustees will be working through the program as well. We hope to have fun along the way and will offer the opportunity for regional prizes to all who complete the program by National Library Week. Enjoy!
